ABOUT HABERSHAM UNITED BELIEVERS (HUB)

HUB is an organization of local Christians from all denominations that started in 2005 by coming together weekly to pray for transformation in Habersham County, including praying for our pastors, leaders, families and children.

From the prayers came our clear vision to mobilize Christians and collaborate with all community leaders to transform and restore broken lives to wholeness in Jesus Christ. This must start with building relationships in the community to bring about cooperation between all groups or cultures, (i.e., business, education, families, government, media, arts, entertainment and religion). to transform the unhealthy subculture of dependency and self-destruction into a healthy, self-sustaining, productive and contributing culture.

HUB works to facilitate a strong association of pastors and churches for the purpose of uniting the Christian community to more effectively influence Habersham County for the utmost spiritual and physical growth.

HUB works to develop Christ-centered organizations and ministries in our community that minister to the needs of individuals and families. Through our trained leadership, HUB recruits, trains, empowers and mobilizes passionate and committed volunteers from churches and the community to support and serve these organizations and ministries.
